This is a reference guide that should be used to assist you in completing the application form for a Canadian Passport.

Note for all Canadian Citizens travelling to the United States:
All Canadian Citizens, as of January 23, 2007, will be required to present a valid passport to enter the United States when travelling by air.

 

Passport application procedure
1. Order the Passport Application Kit and provide a valid email address.
2. Check your email for download instructions. Please also check your "junk" mail box for an email from Application-Download.com
3. Download the Canada Passport Application Kit.
4. Read and follow the instructions on how to prepare your application.
5. Fill out the included application forms.
6. Take two pictures according to the included specifications.
7. Deliver or courier your complete application package to the address provided in the kit.
8. Receive your passport and all original documents via priority courier.
